Friends Stand United was, according to police, is an official gang, due to their violent nature, claiming they use numbers to beat up opponents. Founded by Elgin James, Friends Stand United was founded as a way for those to vent against society through grunge rock concerts/hangouts, & their dislike for drug users/pushers.
